Non-Leafing aluminium pigments distribute themselves evenly throughout the powder coating film. For this reason, these pigments exhibit significantly higher rub, abrasion and chemical resistance than leafing grades.
Reacho-NLSI: Encapsulated Non-Leafing Aluminium Powders
Based on novel heavy-metal free encapsulation technology, Aluminiumm powder are treated with our in-house silica treatment process to enhance the coupling between aluminium and the resin systems. This series aluminiun powder provide a variety of optical effects with narrow particle size distribution, smooth surface and silver-dollar structure , with excellent moisture and chemical resistance. These pigments are ideally suited for high end interior and select exterior applications.
